Product Substitutions
At Sofiori, we are dedicated to delivering your floral arrangements with the utmost freshness and beauty, right on time. Due to the nature of flowers, along with seasonal and regional availability, substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be necessary, especially during the current times. We strive to preserve the “look and feel” of your selected arrangement by carefully considering its overall shape, size, style, and color palette. In arrangements featuring a single flower variety, the type of flower will take precedence over color. If there is a specific flower you absolutely want included, please give us a call! Vases and floral containers will be matched as closely as possible. Similarly, plants and gift baskets might require substitutions to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We appreciate your understanding, particularly now when floral options might be somewhat constrained.
Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for wedding order deposits. This deposit secures your date with us, and as a result, we may decline other couples the opportunity to work with Sofiori on that date.
