- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on flowers or plants once they have been delivered.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss your concerns.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your floral arrangement arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with a photo of the damaged item.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. Incorrect Orders
- If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. However, please be aware that we do not offer refunds for wedding order deposits. This deposit secures your date with us, and as a result, we may decline other couples the opportunity to work with Sofiori on that date.
