Order early if you want a 9 AM delivery for a ceremony, or order at 3 PM if your reception begins at 6 and you need your bouquet by 5:30. We've never turned down a same-day request and we don't charge extra for urgency because there is no cut-off time at Sofiori. Every delivery includes a fresh water pick and care instructions so your rose ball stays vibrant through the reception and photographs beautifully for weeks afterward.

However, we accept orders up to the day-of—even last-minute changes or emergency bouquets are possible because Sofiori has no cut-off time. Communicate directly with Sofiia if you're ordering close to your wedding; she'll confirm availability and delivery timing immediately.
Will my rose ball stay fresh through the ceremony and reception?
Yes. Our hand-tied rose balls are built for longevity—stems are stripped, conditioned overnight, and arranged to maximise water uptake. We include a fresh water pick and care instructions with every delivery. If kept in a cool spot before the ceremony and refreshed with water afterward, your rose ball will stay stunning for 7–10 days in a vase.
Can you match my wedding colours exactly?
Absolutely. Send us colour swatches, photos, or describe your vision and Sofiia will source roses and complementary blooms to match. We work with local growers to access seasonal garden roses in reds, blush, peach, ivory, burgundy, and even bi-colour varieties—far more range than standard florists.
What if I'm ordering for a Calgary wedding but I live out of province?
We handle it seamlessly. Call or email your colour preference, delivery address, and timing, and Sofiia will confirm details and send a photo of your finished rose ball before it's delivered. You'll see exactly what your bride is receiving—no guesswork.
